Guaranteed Snow

Refund policy: If Mother Nature does not produce adequate natural snow to open enough trails for the camp, we have access to man made snow at the Alpine venue. There will be plenty of varied terrain for training on the lower slopes. In the event it is too warm to make snow, and the trails have inadequate coverage, we will refund the cost of the camp less a $20 handling and deposit fee. It is rare that we do not have many trails with good coverage by 12/4. If you must cancel, we will make a full refund until Thursday, November 27t  less $20.    If you cancel between November 27th and December 3th, we will refund 50% of the cost. If you cancel on December 3 or later, we will make no refund.
