RACE INFORMATION
NAME OF RACE: DAN CARDILLO RACE FOR EXCELLENCE GS
DATE: Monday, January 19, 2026
REGISTRATION: Online Registration will be required. Racers will obtain their Competition bib from the designated Team Captain. All bibs must be returned bv placing in the collection bin at the Finish Line following completion of the race. There is a $75 fee for bibs lost or not returned. . Coaches are required to register online using the coaches registration for the event.
YOUR ENTRY FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE A LIFT TICKET.
Waterville is making discounted Racer tickets available for this event. Discounted tickets must be purchased online BEFORE 1/19. Lift tickets must be purchased online NO later than midnight before the event. All lift tickets purchased the day of the event will be at the full ticket price. Discounted tickets are only available online and can be purchased at https://shop2.waterville.com/groups using the code 19DAN26
TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE PRIOR TO DAY OF EVENT. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED IN PERSON ON RACE DATE WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE
Coach tickets will be comped for Sunday - Friday events. For Saturday events, coaches must purchase tickets using the same group discount code that athletes use. As in the past Sun-Fri coach tickets to be handed out at the Comp Center on race morning. Saturday coach tickets must be picked up at the Ticket Office.
All athlete tickets must be picked up at the Ticket Office for every event. Ticket discount codes will NOT be applicable on race morning for any reason. The prevailing day's prices will apply for anyone who has not pre-purchased a ticket using the discount code (Under the Group section) in the online store.

ALL BAGS AND PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE STORED IN YOUR VEHICLE. ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED WILL BE REMOVED.
PROTESTS: DSQ’s will be posted ONLINE AND THROUGH THE TEAM APP FOR the event. Coaches are encouraged to download the “WhatsApp” in order to receive important race communications including Referee Report and Final Results. Link to join the Waterville Non scored Race group will be emailed to all registered coaches prior to the TC Meeting. Protests should initially be communicated to RA by email ([email protected]) or to 603 748-3849. Parties will then be instructed on how to proceed with filing a formal protest in writing, have a deposit of $50, and be submitted within 15 minutes of being posted. ACR 644.6. Protest not submitted on time or submitted without the protest fee are not to be considered
WITHDRAWAL: Deadline to withdraw from the race and receive a refund is 72 hours prior to race in accordance with NHARA policy. PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY.
RESULTS & AWARDS: Results will be posted electronically on the USSS dashboard for live-timing. Awards will be 20 minutes after the conclusion of the race in front of the Competition Center

Athlete Safety:

Sexual misconduct allegations must be reported to the Center. Other reports of misconduct including allegations physical and emotional misconduct and MAAPP violations may be reported to U.S. Ski & Snowboard. All adult participants are mandatory reporters. Reporting violations may be made anonymously and there are no fees for reporting. We all are part of promoting a culture of safety through education, listening, and speaking up.
