To get started, select your event then Marketing Tools then Email All Participants. Next, select the Email Schedules tab.
When creating a scheduled email, you can either schedule it on an event or registration-related date, or on a specific date. Using the option to schedule an email on an event or registration-related date you can further customize your setting to send when: registration closes, when a participant registers, on the start date of the event, or on the event close date.
Additionally, you can schedule emails around any of the previously mentioned event or registration-related dates.
The other option for scheduling emails is on a specific date. Enabling this option, you can set a specific date and time you would like your email to be sent.
