Refunding Participants

As an event director, you can issue full or partial refunds to participants. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the event director; AthleteReg staff do not make decisions regarding refunds. All refund requests must go through the event director.

Start by selecting your event in your Event Director account. 

To issue a refund go to Edit/Search Registrations under the “Registration Data” menu:

1. Click “View all Registrations” or search for a specific participant by name

     a. Once you have located the participant you wish to refund, click the three dots to the right of their name, next to the Edit button, and select the “Refund/Credit” option

     b. Then select the refund type you would like to issue

     c. Next you can choose whether you want to remove the participant from their respective category or keep them in the category
