Initially all entries are on the pending list. Ten (10) days before the event athletes are added to the event from the pending entries. At this time the entry fee is charged and an email confirmation is sent.

Entries are added with the following priority. First Proctor athletes are added (without regard to registration date), next NHARA members are added in order of registration. If the race is not full, entries are added in the order they are received.

This event is open to U12 and U14 athletes.
